Purchasing in Our Online Store

Our online store has a small variety of items available throughout the growing season. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, please call (585)637-2600 and place your order by phone. Apple Shipping will be available to order online in November, and Winter Apples will be available to order online December - April.

You can also shop our farm market and greenhouse in person (open May 1st - December 24th).

How To Order:

1. ADD ITEMS TO YOUR BASKET

  • First select the quantity and then click the “Add to Basket” button at the bottom.

2. SCHEDULE YOUR PICKUP

  • For each item you add to your cart, you will be asked to choose a day for pickup - please note that the earliest you can pickup your order is two days after ordering. For example, if you order on Sunday, the earliest you can pick up your order is Tuesday, 1pm-6pm.

  • Choose “ONLINE STORE ONLY, Kirby’s Farm Market” as your pickup location.

  • CSA Members are able to schedule orders for delivery to their usual pickup location.

3. Proceed to Checkout!

  • When you’re ready to checkout, please take a moment to review your order. Do all of your items have the correct pickup date?

  • Be sure to answer all questions that apply to your order. Questions are at the bottom, and are relevant to Vegetable Plant Preorders and general plant orders.

  • Day-of orders can be placed by calling (585)637-2600 and paying by credit card. Orders placed in our online store must be placed 2-7 days in advance.

Can I get a discount if I buy a lot?
Yes, we have price breaks on all of our plants and produce, as listed with largere quantities.

Are there any additional charges for ordering online?
Yes, a 5% handling fee is already included in our online prices.
